Squidgy Chocolate Cake

Our cake is one that can be 100% guaranteed never to fail, and that is because since Delia wrote the recipe in the 70's she still has people tell her they have it every year for their birthday - so it's truly been tested. You can also watch how to make it in our Cookery School video

It's a flourless cake, so lovely and light, almost like a souffle, and it makes a great choice for an Easter cake decorated with little chocolate eggs.
