Iced Lemon and Poppy Seed Muffins

This recipe was created by Delia in response to a challenge to see if she could replicate shop-bought muffins. She went one better though - and improved them! Her version here, is lighter and more lemony, and don't forget - muffins keep really well and can be frozen.
