Muffin cakes are so easy to make in fact, they're pretty much foolproof.
As with all muffin recipes, Delia recommends having everything weighed out and ready to go - then it's just a question of adding each dry ingredient to one bowl and the wet ingredients to another. A quick mix (no longer than 15 seconds), add the blueberries, spoon everything into your tin and in the oven it goes.
