This week we have chosen Semolina Shortbreads. They're easy to make, and this classic recipe only requires 4 simple ingredients, flour, sugar, butter and semolina.
Once they are all mixed together to form a dough and added to your tin baking tin, it takes just over one hour before you will have 12 perfect triangles of the cumbliest, buttery shortbread you've ever tasted.
