Our starter is a recipe Delia describes as 'unashamedly retro' - Arbroath Smokie Mousse, a throwback to the 60's, but still a popular recipe on the website.
For our September main course, Leg of Lamb Baked with Butter and Herbs with Redcurrant, Orange and Mint Sauce. A great entertaining recipe only needing some lovely roast potatoes, and your choice of seasonal vegetables to go with it. Finally dessert, and this one tastes as good as it looks in the picture, Raspberry Crumble.
