This recipe is from The Delia Collection: Chocolate book and makes 24 cupcakes.
Good quality chocolate is grated into the mixture, giving a lovely speckled effect, once cooled, they're decorated with a white choclate icing and some toasted almonds. The recipe calls for liquid glucose, easily available in supermarkets now, but if you can't get hold of any you can make your own (see the Ask Lindsey answer at the bottom of the Famous Truffle Torte recipe below).
