SPICED APPLE AND SULTANA FINGERS

Our recipe is new to Delia Online and is a great way to use up any windfall apples you may still have in the garden. After lining the base of a shallow baking try with pastry, you then spread the filling over, and top with a second pastry layer to seal. Baked in 20-25 minutes, once cooked, you simply cut the cake into 18 fingers.
