Christmas: Puddings

Factory versions of Christmas Pudding are a million miles from a home made version. 

The glorious combination of vine fruits, nuts and citrus peels laced with ale and rum, slowly steamed into a fragrant mass of intense flavours is second to none.  If that doesn't take your fancy we also have a collection of alternative festive puddings for all tastes like St Stephen's Pudding. Steamed Panettone Pudding and Spiced Fig Pudding, as well as a cheat's version of a traditional Christmas pudding. If you prefer something lighter how about souffle puddings, a Christmassy version of Queen of Puddings or a fabulous Christmas Pudding (without the Pudding), to ring the changes.
