Hi Lindsey, Not a question, but feedback for you & Delia. I hardly ever bake, as I'm usually too busy at work. Today I followed the Focaccia recipe to the letter. Easy and fabulous! I will definitely make it again during lockdown. Thank you! NJ.
Answered by Lindsey: Hello NJ, That’s brilliant. We’re so pleased we have helped and extremely grateful for your feedback. Keep safe. Lindsey
Just made focaccia bread for first time..delicious. Would like to freeze it...my question : - What is best way to serve this bread slightly warm from frozen?...warm from frozen?...or defrost first?...also what is best temp & duration to warm bread without it going hard? Thank you Stella
Answered by Lindsey: Hello Stella, I would defrost it first, remove the wrappings and wrap in foil. Then heat at 180C for about 8 minutes. Kind regards Lindsey
