Freezing Pheasant Terrine

Hi Lindsey
Could you tell me whether Delia's Pheasant Terrine is freezeable? Thanks very much.

Hello Jan,

Freshly made, chilled pheasant terrine can be frozen whole or cut into smaller pieces or sliced. 

Make sure it is very well wrapped and store in the freezer for up to one month.

Defrost overnight in the fridge and remove from the fridge about 1 ½ hours before serving to take off the chill.
