Terms and Conditions: Delia Online Side Orders Club

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Delia Online Side Orders twice a month Email Newsletter service (“Service”), operated by NC Internet Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By subscribing to the Service, you (“Subscriber”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

1.1 The Service consists of a twice-a-month email newsletter delivered to the email address you provide during sign-up.
1.2 The content may include recipe suggestions, How to Cook and other content that the Delia Online team feel might be relevant to the audience.
1.3 We reserve the right to modify the format, content, or delivery method of the newsletter at any time.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to subscribe.
2.2 You are responsible for ensuring that the email address you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. Subscription Fees & Billing

3.1 Subscription fees (“Fees”) are clearly displayed at the point of purchase.
3.2 Fees are billed on a quarterly/annual recurring basis unless otherwise stated.
3.3 By subscribing, you authorise us or our payment processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to charge your payment method automatically at each billing cycle.
3.4 Prices may change. If they do, you will be notified at least 14 days before the new pricing takes effect, and you may cancel before the next billing cycle.

4. Auto-Renewal

4.1 Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
4.2 You may cancel auto-renewal at any time (see Section 5).
4.3 If your payment method fails, we may suspend or cancel your subscription.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

5.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Logging into your account (if applicable), or
• Contacting us at enquiries@deliaonline.com

5.2 When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period. You will not be charged further.

5.3 Refunds:

• Unless required by law, we do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods, or for newsletters already delivered.
• Any statutory cooling-off periods (UK/EU 14-day digital content rules) apply as required by local law.

6. Delivery of the Newsletter

6.1 The newsletter is delivered via email to the address you provide. Delivery is considered complete once the email is successfully sent.
6.2 You are responsible for checking your spam/junk folders and ensuring our email address is whitelisted.
6.3 We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by filters, firewalls, mailbox limits, or internet issues.

7. Intellectual Property & Use of Content

7.1 All newsletter content, including text, graphics, images, and other materials, is owned by  NC Internet Ltd and protected by copyright laws.
7.2 Subscribers are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and read the newsletter content.
7.3 You may not:

• Share, forward, reproduce, or redistribute the newsletter or its content.
• Publish the content online or offline.
• Use the content to create competing products or services.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Engage in illegal, abusive, or disruptive behaviour.
• Attempt to interfere with the security or functioning of the Service.
• Share your subscription access with others.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

9.1 Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at: https://scale-circuit.live/our-privacy-and-cookie-policy%3C/a%3E%3Cbr /> 9.2 We collect and process personal data (e.g., email address, payment details) for the purpose of delivering the Service and managing your subscription.
9.3 We comply with relevant data protection laws, including GDPR/CCPA, where applicable.
