This one is a stunner.
It's also dead easy to make and slices like a dream – a lovely, fresh-tasting, summer dessert. It's important to have two tins because the terrine needs to be weighted while it is setting. In testing, I have found that it is necessary to add the smaller amount of jelly at the end to avoid spillage when weighting, as it's this weighting that makes the terrine easy to slice.

I wish to make the Terrine of Summer Fruits where can I buy the 2lb loaf tins required for these recipes as i cannot seem to find the correct measurements on line Many thanks Deborah Stemp
Answered by Lindsey: Hello Deborah, We use the Delia Online loaf tin from Silverwood… https://www.silverwood-bakeware.com/collections/delia-online/products/1ib-loaf-tin It says 1lb but is equivalent to a traditional 2lb boxed loaf tin. Or online I have seen the Masterclass 2lb Box Sided Loaf tin which has similar dimensions. Kind regards Lindsey
