Panettone Bread and Butter Pudding

Can this pudding be frozen?

Hello,

Yes, it can be cooked then frozen in its pudding basin. Securely wrap the basin in foil before freezing. To reheat, remove the packaging and follow the instructions for covering with a foil lid in the recipe. Defrost overnight in the fridge and then steam it for an hour to heat through.
