Pizza is too good to only celebrate on one day a year, but Sunday February 9th is officially National Pizza Day.

It's so easy to send out for a takeaway pizza, but not quite as much fun as creating your own from scratch, it's a lot cheaper too. Basic Pizza Dough is made in a similar way to white bread using just a few simple, inexpensive ingredients and did you know you can freeze the dough?

Not only will your homemade pizza taste way better, it won't be soggy or cold. After all pizza doesn't really travel well, especially not on the back of a motorbike for ten minutes on a chilly February night! Our three recipes here are all easy to make, and you can pile on extra toppings if you wish - at no extra charge.
